- S.E.P.I.A. is a non-profit organization based out of southeastern North Carolina in the Jacksonville area. We have offices in the New York Tri-State area and in Pennsylviana. SEPIA was founded by Eric and Jessica Dionne, who both have experience with investigating the paranormal and decided to form their own group. We simply would like to gain as much scientific evidence as possible in order to help with research in this vastly uncharted form of science. South East Paranormal Investigators Association (SEPIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to obtaining evidence of the supernatural for scientific purposes. Non-profit means that there is no charge for any services,investigations, or memberships.We will by using all forms of investigation tools, and thorough analysis and documentation,bring any and all evidence that we have gathered to our clients in a professional manner.We investigate any and all places that need our assistance, including private residences, public establishments, and historic locations. {The privacy of all clients is strictly upheld} Although we are located in southeastern, NC we are willing to travel anywhere we can when necessary and financially possible. Our team is also completely open to investigate with and help other paranormal groups when needed. We believe that other groups do not exist as competition, but rather as a type of family working to achieve a common goal. PARANORMAL: Adjective; Of or pertaining to the claimed occurence of an event or perception without scientific explanation as psychokinesis, extrasensory perception, or other purportedly supernatural phenomena; supernatural HAUNTED: Adjective; Inhabited or frequented by ghosts;preoccupied,as with an emotion,memory, or idea;obsessed. While each member of our group may have a slightly different idea of what those words mean to him/her, we do believe that a majority of phenomena can be explained logically. This doesn't mean that we don't believe, simply that we don't jump to the conclusion that a place is haunted because there is an unexplained noise. We take our clients seriously and believe that what they experience is genuine. When we go to an investigation we take all information into consideration and make sure that what is happening cannot be explained by logical means. Then, based on a combination of personal experience and evidence collected, we will form an opinion about how to classify a location. We are seeking any and all clients that may need our help, or that would be wiling to investigate their residence or business we are willing to travel to where ever there is a need.
